I was excited to stay in a hotel with a Jacuzzi outside and both east and west-facing balconies. Unfortunately, the room I got after paying for a junior suite was a letdown with a rusty bathroom shower, a large stain on the mattress, and a tiny TV. The breakfast offered no variety, just cold egg and terrible pastries. I struggled to find space for my personal belongings.
The hotel is ideally situated at the bottom of a path to the town of Imerovigli, offering a perfect location between Fira and Oia for the best sunset views. The service is exceptional, catering to all guest needs with attentiveness. The dining experience is delightful, featuring local Greek cuisines served by a friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are different than expected, but comfortable for a good night's sleep.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with very cold air conditioning that was perfect for the hot weather. The strong WiFi and hot shower were added bonuses, making my stay very convenient. The breakfast area had a nice view overlooking the Caldera, adding to the charm of the place.

I had an amazing view of the Caldera from my room, but it lacked a proper closet. Considering we only needed it for sleeping, having the same view was a huge plus.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The rooms with a jacuzzi boasting the most amazing view on Santorini were always clean, though a bit tight for unpacking. The service, especially Matilda, went the extra mile to cater to every need. The location was a dream, away from the crowds yet convenient to both Fira and Oia. The dining was delicious, offering various options on the terrace with breathtaking views.
